A playful yoga experience designed specifically for young children/families to enjoy. Classes consist of more then just the physical yoga poses, they also incorporate yoga teachings and traditions in a safe and nurturing environment. Classes are taught in a non-competitive, playful and vibrant way through games, story telling, music, and guided visualization. Followed by a craft station for your little yogi to explore his/her creativity!
