A beginner style (Vinyassa) flow class, designed to build both physical and mental strength, flexibility and balance in your teen. This class encourages mindfulness, body awareness/acceptance, breath work and meditation, promoting positive self image and worth, developing skills for self calming, increased focus and stress relief while cultivating mindfulness, self esteem and body awareness.
Outdoor Classes - any cancellations due to poor weather conditions will be posted at https://www.facebook.com/HarmonyWarriorKIDSYoga 60mins prior to class. Any cancelled classes will be made up on Friday at 4:30pm.
