In this class your child will learn different breathing techniques, practice a variety of yoga poses and sequences increasing both strength and flexibility. They will play fun and challenging yoga games and experience creative visualization through guided meditation/storytelling, improving their development of skills for self calming and stress relief while cultivating mindfulness, self esteem and body awareness.
