A playful yoga experience designed specifically for young children/families to enjoy. Classes consist of more then just the physical yoga poses, they also incorporate yoga teachings and traditions in a safe and nurturing environment. Classes are taught in a non-competitive, playful, and vibrant way through games, story telling, music, and guided visualization.
Through yoga children will physically develop skills such as body awareness, strength, balance & flexibility. They will also grow mentally cultivating self-love & respect while learning self-calming and relaxation techniques through breathe work, mindfulness and meditation.
